What we collect
Account details when you sign in with Google, the email address you give at checkout, the shipping address, and the photos and text you upload to design a flag.
How we use uploaded photos
Your photo is used to render the preview and to print your order. Artwork is transmitted to our production partner over HTTPS and retained for reprint and support purposes.
Payments
Card details never reach our servers. Checkout is hosted by our payment gateway, which returns only the order status and amount.
Analytics
We measure page views and checkout funnel steps with aggregate analytics. Ad personalisation signals are disabled.
Retention and deletion
Order records are kept for accounting. Photos are deleted on request once the reprint window has passed.
