Orders
An order is a request to produce a personalised item. We confirm by email once payment settles and production is scheduled.
Your artwork
You confirm you own or have permission to use every photo and text you upload. We print what you supply and do not review artwork for trademark or copyright beyond automated checks.
Production and delivery
Production takes 2–4 business days, shipping 5–12 business days within the United States. Estimates are not guarantees and carriers occasionally run late.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge until the order enters production. Once printing starts the item is personalised and cannot be resold.
Returns
Personalised goods are exempt from change-of-mind returns. Defects, misprints and shipping damage are replaced free, see the refund policy.
Acceptable use
We refuse and refund orders containing hateful, infringing or explicitly sexual artwork.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
